The Kaparelli Agricultural Olive Oil Cooperative is a historic and renowned olive oil production, processing and marketing unit in the region of Boeotia. Based in Kaparelli, it consistently supports local producers and actively contributes to the promotion and promotion of quality Greek olive oil in the domestic and international markets.

- Kaparelli Olive Oil Mill, Viotia: Reception and immediate processing of olives for the production of pure, extra virgin olive oil using natural cold-pressed methods. 

- Olive Oil Trade: Distribution of bulk and standardized olive oil to selected points of sale, cooperatives, food stores and partners in Greece and abroad. 

- Olive Oil Standardization: We have a standardization unit that meets all ISO and HACCP specifications, offering branded products of high nutritional value in various packaging for retail or professional use.
